Returns Policy:
If you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange, this will need to be completed within 30 days of your purchase.
As we are still a very small business, we would have to ask that any expenses for returns be handled by the customer, all items returned to White Rabbitt must be sent via a recorded or tracked delivery to ensure the legitimacy of the return.
To request a return, please contact us via email: support@whiterabbittswardrobe.com or by completing the contact us section on our website. Please ensure to clearly state your name and order number and confirm if you are returning your item for a refund or exchange.
If you are returning your item for a refund or exchange, please ensure the product is in the same condition as it originally arrived with you, full refunds will not be issued if the product is returned with any stains, missing tags, snags or scratches; in this instance a partial refund will be issued.
When will my order be shipped?:
All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of purchase, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment and your order's tracking number. All orders are sent via Evri. You can always check your order's progress by following the link sent with your order confirmation email, this is also displayed automatically after purchase.
Sizing:
As White Rabbitt is a UK company, we offer UK sizes, our size chart can be found in our menu titled 'Size Chart', we aim to make our size charts as clear as possible, but if you do have any questions regarding sizing (or anything really!) don't hesitate to contact us via email: support@whiterabbittswardrobe.com or via our web form with your query, we can also be reached via our socials which can be found at the footer of this page.
We would also like to add that we are aware we currently only offer 5 sizes, however, we are looking to change this as soon as we can, our aim is to range from XXS - 3X. But unfortunately in our business' infancy, this is not affordable for us at this current time.
Response timescales:
We aim to respond to all queries as soon as possible, but as we are a small business please be patient, our usual response times are within 1-2 working days via email.
Please ensure to check your junk/ spam folder during this time incase our response has been misdirected.

Gift Cards:
If any issues arise with gift card purchases please contact us via email or complete our web form so we can resolve any query regarding your gift card: support@whiterabbittswardrobe.com
All White Rabbit gift cards are digital, meaning the gift card is not physical and cannot be posted, gift card information is sent to the buyer via email.
Gift card information can be used on more than one purchase.
Gift cards can be used to go towards a purchase.
